    We accept returns for custom-made products under the following conditions:
    • The product is defective or damaged upon receipt.
    • There is a mistake or error on our part in creating the custom product.

  2. Non-Returnable Items
    Custom-made products that are not eligible for return include those that are personalized with names, dates, or custom artwork that cannot be resold.

  3. Return Request Process
    • To initiate a return request, please contact our Customer Support Team at 321-610-7652 within 14 days of receiving your product.
    • Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photographs illustrating the problem. This will help us assess your request promptly. 

  4. Return Shipping
    • If the return is due to a mistake or defect on our part, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label to attach to the shipping box.

    • Please ensure that the product is securely packaged using the original packaging material to prevent damage during transit.
